Refund Policy
At HueHawk, we strive to provide high-quality, customized pigment solutions that meet your expectations. Due to the tailored nature of our products, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
1. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Items
Most HueHawk products are customized per order, based on your selected shade, use case, and pigment form. As such, these items are non-refundable unless they are proven to be defective or incorrectly formulated based on the confirmed order specifications.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Product received does not match the approved shade/form specifications.

Packaging is damaged or tampered with in a way that compromises product quality.

Pigment does not pass our internal quality checks upon return. To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide supporting images, batch number, and order details.
-
Return the product (if requested) in unused condition.
3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Slight color variations due to monitor or screen settings.

Incorrect orders due to customer error during submission.

Custom formulations rejected after production.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (unless insured separately).
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may also be offered as credit for future purchases based on your preference.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
In some cases, HueHawk may offer a free replacement batch instead of a refund if:

The error is on our end.

The original product is returned or verified as unsatisfactory.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if processing hasn’t started. After this window, custom orders cannot be canceled.
